Ceremonial-grade matcha is made to be enjoyed on its own, thanks to its smoothness, umami flavor, and natural balance.

Lower-quality grades are usually used for cooking or recipes where the matcha flavor is mixed with other ingredients.

We don’t choose our leaves randomly.

Our matcha comes from Japan, Yabukita cultivar, known for its balance, smoothness, and umami notes.

The leaves are harvested in Japan, then finely ground into powder before being encapsulated in certified facilities.

Yabukita is basically the star of matcha. Created in Japan nearly a century ago, it has become the most widely cultivated variety in the country thanks to its smooth taste, vibrant green color, and consistent quality.
